Delivery Information
Enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered directly to your door by one of our courier partners. Our delivery fee is R100 for anywhere in South Africa.
Standard delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery. 
Warehouse & deliveries are scheduled Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00
There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.
In the case of our standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process.
Deliveries outside of SA can be done & rates will be quoted directly to the client before ordering. 

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Next day deliveries in cities for orders before 10am, and 48 hours after 10am.

48 hours for outlying areas.

Please note that during high volume periods like seasonal sales, or Black Friday Meddy L reserves the right to extend their delivery timeframes.
Delivery might then take 3-5 working days.

TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
A tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp, email or SMS as soon as your order has been processed.

If you become aware of the fact that product(s) is/are missing once you receive your parcel, and Meddy L does not notify you thereof via email beforehand, please contact us as soon as possible on email sales@meddyl.com to notify us thereof so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible. When contacting Meddy L via email regarding missing the product(s), please use your order number and the phrase “outstanding product(s)” in the subject line of your email.
